Personaje Personaje (she) is a transvestite who was born in Ecuador and has been residing in Spain since 2015. Her career began with clinical psychology and psychoanalysis, and continued with artistic mediation and then artistic research, combined with the transvestite experience. She is a psychotherapist, performer, critical thinker, curator, presenter, and “long-tongued” orator. She works at several jobs in order to pay the rent. In her journey she addresses sexual dissidence, childhood and upbringing, transfeminism, the processes of migration and of anticolonial resistance, public space, and the body and its aesthetic-dynamic extensions.
